Bleeding Heart

It was mid-noon
She stood up from her bed
Looking haggard and worn-out
She needed to get some stuffs
She reluctantly headed towards the store room
It was just eight steps away from her room
She barely managed to carry herself
But before she could get to the store
Her eyes caught the sight of something...
It was her phone, sitting helplessly on the couch
It was just five steps away from her bed
The couch was where it ended...
It was there she sat and received a grave call
She paused... She remembered him...

 Tears filled her eyes, anger gripped her
She felt helpless, Miserable, used...
Loving you was my greatest mistake...
How could you... How could you...
She murmured...

 She couldn't control herself...
She broke down, it was a terrible night for her
It was like the world was crumbling before her
She cried uncontrollably
She wanted to die... but she just couldn't
She didn't deserve this..
Why is it happening to her?
So many questions ran through her mind
Why did he breakup with her?
The worst of it all was that;
He broke up with her on the phone...

 Was she not submissive enough?
Didn't she love him enough?
Was he tired of her?
He didn't allow her to say a word on the phone

 That was brutal... She was left to hurt...
Her heart was bleeding...
Her lover was gone
What would she do...?
How does she start all over...?
Her heart is shattered...
A big scar, she would live to remember
She had a bleeding heart...
She hated herself...
She's beginning to see love negatively
She was becoming dark from inside
Vengeance was all she could think of
He can't get away with it... She said angrily..
A part of her was becoming a monster...
Another part seeks help, from this cage...

 Can she love again?
Can she find someone again?
Someone who would love her
And stay till eternity
Till death do them part...

 Her bleeding heart has to stop
Before she becomes a full time monster
Who would make that happen?
