ANGER WON'T SOLVE ANYTHING.
You know, maybe I shouldn't really be saying this, but then, no one is too big to learn, be it over and over again, it's still learning.
95% percentage of people struggle with this anger of a thing and it does more damage to the person getting angry than the person he/she is angry with, and it can be so sad and sometimes frustrating that unnecessary anger even ends up hurting of killing, be it emotionally, psychologically or by any means.
Mark that word "Unnecessary" (anger) yet "Dangerous" or rather "Deadly".
You know guys, it's okay to get upset, it's okay to get angry, it's a feeling of emotion, but the danger of it staying too long within you is where the problem is, that's why you either avoid the anger by letting go or leave the vicinity where it's occurring and go to an entertaining area to forget what's going on with you, or a cool and quiet area to think things through.
You also need to know that you can't escape getting angry, no one can, people will definitely always offend you, make mistakes that would piss you off big time and other annoying things.
And the reason why this shouldn't get to you at all, is that everyone is not like you and I.
We are humans yet we live amongst different kinds of personalities, weird personalities, odd personalities, even absurd personalities and the likes (involving the ones that are fair enough).
Since we live in this kind of world where no one is like you, but vice versa then you should get prepared to come across things that would piss you off, make you uncomfortable, embarrassed and so many others like that.
But despite this explanation, we still loose control sometimes, well it's just a reminder that we are humans and it can't all be perfect.
The thing is we need to keep trying to do what's right, irrespective of the challenges till it becomes a part of us and then we have nothing to worry about, which is one of the logic to controlling our anger.
You all know that anger is bad, real bad.. Even when you're the victim, it can get really ugly.
Anger destroys happiness, peace of mind and everything good thing, which is why you have a lot to do on your own part, it's time you stay away from people who gets you angry every now and then, they are indirectly taking your peace and happiness, do things that you make you happy! You deserve that smile, that happiness, we all do.
Now you've become the sulky one, always sad, lonely and sluggish! You had better shape up, solve your issues with whoever you're having one with, let it go! and take yourself out for fun! Get someone by your side to always cheer you up, someone who can listen and cares, with time you would heal, not the sulky, sad self all the time. I don't like it when you feel that way, whoever made you all sad, deserves a punch from me! But seriously we all deserve to be happy.
And to those who say extremely bad and almost deadly words out of angry, bross, aunty, please calm down. You know, the most ugly part of this situation, is when you find out that you got the wrong person, or the wrong information after you've blasted the happiness out of the person's life.
Some times we need to take it easy, life is not that bad now, and some words are like stigma, so whenever you are angry just zip those lips, excuse your self for some minute to think well.
Reacting without common sense, knowledge, and being rational will end up hurting you real bad and another person, it could even affect everyone around you and by yourself you become an outcast, so please everyone, let's take things easy and stay away from bad omen, bad vibes! they won't do you any good.
